Norton & Co., The Monacelli Press, and The Vendome Press, to produce books on architecture, interior design, and history. She can advise on book proposals and collaborate with designers and firms to carry out the work that goes into creating well-written text and clear content for current monographs, historic design topics, company websites or real estate marketing.
HOUSE HISTORIES AND HISTORIC REPORTS

Anne has written a series of custom books for individuals and groups, including histories to commemorate apartment building centennials, in-depth townhouse histories, apartment research reports, and detailed examinations of historic houses and estates outside the city. Tracing the story of a property to the present day, these histories are laid out with historic photographs, maps and other supporting graphic materials. Written information includes a description of ownership over time, the architects and designers behind the property, the building process, and other fascinating details from the past.
ADVOCACY

As an architectural advocate, Anne has been commissioned to craft arguments based on historic analyses to support new design interventions. She has worked with numerous institutions, preservation groups, individuals, and architecture firms.
RESEARCH

As a researcher, Anne is nimble at tracking down historic plans and photographs. She knows New York's research institutions well, has contacts across the country, access to specialized research resources, and can navigate the New York City Department of Buildings records department.
